These trousers are made from deadstock wool, circa 1950s-1970s, a heathered grey with crisp white pinstripes. We purchased this fabric from a tailor in Buffalo, NY, who closed his doors in the 1970s. He bought all his fabric from the UK and Italy. It had been sitting in his storage unit until we purchased it sixty years later. Hand-mending throughout.
